Ballyclare came out, unsure of what Limavady were like or if they had improved since the last time we played them. But they were ready for a good match, and they were ready to win. But it didn’t turn out the way they wanted it to. Limavady snatched up a few early points by scoring their first try, and converted it. Ballyclare were holding up against a very stron team. But we were most disappointed that against the run of play, Limavady scored another try.

But when Limavady started to get tired and as luck would have it, Ballyclare scored their first try but sadly they missed the conversion. Ballyclare still had their heads held high and knew that they still had a chance to win. The positive thinking helped us on the way to score another try and this time it was converted by Jonny Holmes. The team held out well for the last few minutes and the match ended 12 to Ballyclare and 12 to Limavady. This is one of the most exciting and enjoyable matches that we have played this year. There were many star performances.
