NETBALL UPDATE - N.I. LEAGUE AREA FINALS

The Senior team won the Area Final against St. Macnissis on Tuesday 23 rd Januuary at Carrick L.C.

This is the first time Ballyclare Senior team have ever won at this level after many years in the competition.

Congratulations to the following players;

Cheryl Wilson (capt) Nikki Boomer (vice capt.) Julie McCormick, Lauren Mawhinney, Brooke Cully, Kelly Connor, Rosie Kenny, Tanya Dunlop.

This team will go on to play against the winning team from the Western board and if they are successful they will then play-off against the winners of the Belfast board for a place in the N.I.Finals.

SENIORS

The Minor team also were successful winning their age category on finals day against Monkstown Community School. This is the second year that Ballyclare has brought home the Minor Cup.The following players are to be commended for their hard work and dedication.

This team will play against either the Western or Belfast board for a place in the N.I.Finals
